Firstly, the information I found out from my market research such as; my questionnaire is that many people liked R&B more as a genre. I found out that R&B had the highest score. From the results of my market research I also found out that many people selected that they would buy a music magazine monthly, this therefore has influenced me to sell my magazine monthly and label a month on the magazine front cover. As a part of results I also found that many people mentioned that colours attracts them to a magazine this therefore, has influenced me to think about what colours I would use as for an audience to recognise the magazine and be attracted to the product. 

Secondly, how my magazine will differ from those that are out there is; my magazines choice will be based on my market research, such as the results from my questionnaire. My type of genre will be different from other magazines such as: rock, indie, and classic. My magazine will also have effort and thought put into it rather than other magazines sticking random articles and images into it. My magazine will differ from those that are out there by a questionnaire, therefore the public will answer those questions and my magazines choice will be based on opinion and an answered questionnaire, this will differ from other magazines because other magazines out there do not create a questionnaire.

Furthermore, my magazine would sell in the market as it is a new product and not like any other magazine. There is also a niche in the market for my product because; my product would sell so well. In my magazine there is gap as my magazine is aimed at a younger audience. My magazine would also contain a niche in the market for my product as my magazine will be sold for £3.95 this therefore is a reasonable price and would lead consumers to buy this as the price is reasonable.

Moreover, during my research and analysis of music magazines: the magazine that was my inspiration was “Vibe”. This magazine was my inspiration as the magazine features; R&B and hip-hop artists and music. This magazine mainly inspired me because this magazine would help me bring up ideas for my own magazine: as it is an R&B genre and my magazine itself is a R&B genre. Vive magazine also inspired me as they have a circulation of approximately 800,000. This magazine mainly inspired me because it is an R&B genre; this therefore would inspire me and help pick up ideas from this magazine to help me create my own magazine.

The message and purpose behind my magazine is that my R&B music magazine is; aimed at a young audience such as 16 to 19 year olds. Many young people today have a most interest in R&B genre. The purpose of my magazine is to also attract my audiences for instance, by using an appropriate simple colours scheme to attract readers/audiences to take an interest in the magazine itself and appropriate photo shots. The other purpose behind my magazine is for it to be aimed at a particular age group.
